Over the last few years, the Initiative has collaborated with the Horticultural Society of New York and the New York City Department of Transportation to maintain colorful planters along Broadway to enhance the pedestrian experience.
Last month, The Hort planted a bold new palette of orange and yellow chrysanthemums, celosia, pansies, and purple peacock kale. Take a look for these beautiful, autumnal plantings the next time you are walking along Broadway!
